Rendering live in your browser
Preparing your villa
Building the 3D model, materials and lighting. This takes a few moments the first time.
Let your buyers live in the villa before the first slab is cast.
This is one of your pool villas, rebuilt as a working model. Scroll through it to see what a dedicated BIM and visualization specialist adds to every house and apartment you design.
Everything you see is rendered live, in real time, in your browser. Best experienced on a laptop or desktop.
The model
One model holds the whole villa.
Walls, slabs, glazing, railings and the pool are real objects with levels and sizes. Drawings, schedules and every image in this story come from the same model, so a change made once shows up everywhere.
Areas and levels
Every level, measured once.
Lift the floors apart and each level shows its rooms. Carpet areas for the brochure and the RERA statement are read from these rooms, so the sales sheet and the filing always agree.
Sun and shade
Know where the shade falls at four in the afternoon.
At Chennai's latitude the sun is high and hard, and the evening light decides whether a terrace gets used. Drag the hour and watch the pergola's shadow cross the deck.
Visualization
The blue-hour photograph, taken before there is a building.
Stills and short films come from the same model: the pool lit at dusk, the wall washers on, the terrace dressed. They are ready for the launch brochure and the hoardings while the site is still a plot.
On site, before construction
The family stands at the plot and watches their home rise.
The deck, the three floors, the boundary walls, the pool and the planting go up in sequence, on the plot and on the tablet in their hands. They see the height, the setbacks and the view from the gate before any work starts.

Virtual reality
She puts on the headset on the empty plot.
Nothing is built yet. With a VR headset, the client steps into the finished villa at true scale, while the family watches. Nobody needs to read a plan.
Through the headset
What she sees: the terrace at dusk, at her own eye height.
She walks under the pergola, past the planter and the egg chairs, and looks out over the railing. It is a sample villa you never have to build, and every member of the family can take a turn.
On every phone
Send the villa over WhatsApp.
A link opens a walkthrough or a 360° view on any phone, with no app to install. Here a buyer stands by the pool and opens the furnished living hall. Families can show the home to everyone who missed the site visit.
Finish options
Let buyers choose, then show them the result.
Switch the deck, the cushions and the gate below. Each buyer gets a finish board from the same model, so choices are agreed and recorded before handover.
Interiors
Now walk through the glass, into the living hall.
Buyers spend their lives inside. Here the same specialist builds the hall layer by layer, in the order your site team will, so every decision is visible before it is built.
Stage 1 of 7 · Structure
Columns, beams and slab come first.
The frame is modelled at its real sizes, so spans, beam depths and clear ceiling heights are known before anyone draws the interior.

Stage 2 of 7 · Walls and openings
Blockwork rises around the openings.
The sliding door to the pool deck and the garden window are placed in the model, so openings are sized and checked before the masons start.

Stage 3 of 7 · Services
Ducts and conduits, checked before plaster.
Air-conditioning ducts, light points, TV and floor sockets are modelled and checked against the beams. Clashes are fixed on screen, not by breaking finished walls.

Stage 4 of 7 · Flooring
Lay the floor, one tile at a time.
Italian marble, teak, Kota stone or Athangudi tiles from Chettinad. Each choice changes the picture and the quantity schedule together.

Stage 5 of 7 · Plaster, paint and glazing
The walls close and take their colour.
Plaster covers the conduits and the glass slides into its frames. Try a wall colour.

Stage 6 of 7 · Ceiling and lighting
Shape the ceiling, then switch on the light.
A false ceiling with cove light, exposed teak beams or a coffered grid. Downlights sit exactly where the electrical drawings place them.

Stage 7 of 7 · Furnishing
Furnish it, and the hall becomes a home.
Piece by piece: the rug, the sofa, the coffee table, the TV wall, the chairs, the art, the oonjal swing, the lamps and the plants. This is the evening a buyer imagines, shown months before handover.
